WISCONSIN RAPIDS – The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) will be hosting a construction information meeting regarding a project on WIS 54 at the Plover and Biron railroad crossings in Portage and Wood counties.
The meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, Sept. 2 at 5 p.m. at the McMillan Memorial Library on the first floor in the all-purpose room, 490 E Grand Ave., Wisconsin Rapids.
Project staff will share construction details, staging, schedule, traffic impacts and other information. During construction WIS 54 will be closed and detoured.
