Nekoosa woman identified in motorcycle-semi crash

WISCONSIN RAPIDS — A Nekoosa woman has died following a crash that occurred Sept. 13 at the intersection of State Highway 13 and High Street in Wisconsin Rapids.
Police say that two people were hurt when their motorcycle crashed into a semi shortly after 1 p.m.
Officials say the truck appeared to be northbound on Hwy 13 when it was hit by the cycle coming off High Street.
A 52-year old male and Tina M. Sautner, 36, Nekoosa, were on the motorcycle and taken to the Marshfield Medical Center with serious injuries. The pair was not wearing helmets.
Sautner died Sept. 14 at Marshfield Medical Center, as a result of her injuries.
The truck driver was not hurt.
