Splash pad and skate park to open Memorial Day weekend

WISCONSIN RAPIDS – The city of Wisconsin Rapids Parks & Recreation Department has announced that the Mead Splash Pad will open for the season on May 25 at 10 a.m. The splash pad is located at 311 17th Ave. South, Wisconsin Rapids.
The Witter Field Skate Park will also reopen on May 24 at 3 p.m. after a temporary closure. The skate park is located at 521 Lincoln St., Wisconsin Rapids.
