WISCONSIN RAPIDS – A group from the Wisconsin Rapids area Project SEARCH visited the Heart of Wisconsin Chamber of Commerce on Oct. 30 to present at “Coffee with the Chamber.”

Project SEARCH is a program that works to train individuals with developmental disabilities for employment in the community.

The program is lead by Stephanie Tryba, Project SEARCH instructor; Sue King, ODC employment coordinator; Alice Wallner, ODC employment coordinator; and Lisa Skibba of Aspirus Riverview Hospital.

Coffee with the Chamber is held once a month, the last Wednesday of the month. Each month, the chamber brings in a special guest to discuss a unique opportunity they bring to the community.
