Due to the emergency order to mitigate the spread of COVID-19, the village of Port Edwards Municipal Buildings and Public Works building is limiting visitors to our facilities to those who have essential business transactions with the departments. Please contact the village office at 715-887-3512 prior to visiting the municipal building or 715-887-3183 or 715-451-0287 prior to visiting the Public Works building.

Our staff is doing everything possible to assist you from making an unnecessary contact to our office.

As a recommendation from the Wisconsin Department of Health Services we are voluntarily cancelling or limiting events that would bring together more than 10 people. We will continue to monitor the situation and respond to incidents with the same urgency as always.

Our mission is to provide for safe, convenient movement of the traveling public in Port Edwards, and we will provide the highest service possible under the circumstances we are experiencing.

If you must visit one of our facilities, please call prior to a visit, preserve social distancing of six feet between people, and follow all other public health recommendations issued by the Wisconsin Department of Health Services and the CDC. We will maintain these procedures for the duration of the public health emergency, or until a subsequent order lifts these restrictions.
