Here is a rundown of the top five weekend events happening in the area. 

Thursday, Feb. 16-19
Trifecta: Graceland, Mrs. Sorkin, and Wanda’s Visit — 7:30 p.m.

A triple threat of theatre will hit the area this weekend as the Wisconsin Rapids Community Theatre will feature a trio of short plays all in one night. For more information, please click here.

Friday, Feb. 17
DRUMLine Live! — 7:30 p.m.

DRUMLine Live! is an international tour based the historically black college university marching band tradition. For more information on this event, please click here.

Friday, Feb. 17-18
Riverkings Hockey — 7:30 p.m.

The first place Riverkings finish their winning season this weekend before hosting the playoffs. Don’t miss a chance to get a signed poster by NHL all-star and Plover native, Joe Pavelski. For more information, click here.

Saturday, Feb. 18
Mr. Wakely’s Winter Feast — 4:00 p.m.

The annual tradition comes back to the Nekoosa Community Center this Saturday. Anyone can enjoy a pioneer inspired home cooked dinner, as well as live music and dancing. Tickets are $15 in advance or $18 at the door. For more information, please visit http://www.historicpointbasse.com/calendar.cfm

Saturday, Feb. 18
Troop 171 Spaghetti Feed Fundraiser — 5:00 p.m.

The Knights of Columbus will be hosting a spaghetti feed to raise money for the boy scouts. Dinner is $8.50, children $5.50. For more information, please call 715-213-7492.
