PORT EDWARDS — The Port Edwards Education Foundation is finalizing plans for the 11th edition of their annual golf outing aptly named the Blackhawk Scramble.

This year’s event is scheduled for Monday June 19, 2017, at Lake Arrowhead (Pines Course) 1195 Apache Lane, Nekoosa.  (715) 325-2929.  This annual event is held to raise funds that provide grants in the upcoming school year that add an extra spark to the learning environment for the Port Edwards students.

Teachers in the district are given the opportunity to apply for grants to support equipment, activities, or educational events that would not otherwise be available to teachers and students.

The cost of $60.00 each/$240.00 per foursome includes greens fees, cart rental, range balls, prizes and NEW this year, a light buffet meal.

For more information, please call Karen Thiel at 715-887-4338.
