Riverkings sweep Havoc, move into first

HUDSON – The Wisconsin Rapids Riverkings hockey team swept the weekend, Oct. 18-19, in Hudson, with a 3-1 score on night one and 5-3 in night two.
Zack Hartley and Jered Stevenson had two goals on the weekend, with Adrien Sel, Markus Cook, Patrick McCoy, and Cole Creger each claiming one.
Assists came from Haralds Jirgens, Jordan Stear, Creger, Colton Flammini, Brayden Uttech, Luke Millius, Max Moore, and Anze Prostor.
The Riverkings are now 8-2, landing them in first place.
The team now heads to Blaine, MN, for the Midwest Showcase on Oct. 24.
