Warrant Issued for Suspected Saratoga Burglar
By Joe Bachman
WISCONSIN RAPIDS — A warrant has been issued for a 34-year-old Wisconsin Rapids woman in connection with a Saratoga burglary.
According to police reports, on July 21, a Wood Co. officer was dispatched to a residence on Church Ave. in the Town of Saratoga. They made contact with the owners, who stated that their pole shed had been broken into and that items from their camper had been taken.
Authorities observed that the camper door had been forced inward due to a likely kick, and that the door frame had been broken off. Missing items include a mattress and two propane tanks. Also taken was a washer and dryer from the camper.
Officers spoke to a nearby neighbor who informed them that she had recently spoken to a woman identified as Danielle Gardner, as well as 25-year-old Julian Jaminksi. She noticed the washer and dryer, and the defendants had informed her that they were from a friend.
Police entered the home of Garnder and Jaminski to find the missing propane tanks, mattress, and washer and dryer. Police soon made contact with Jaminski, who refused to answer questions and was soon charged with burglary.
Authorities never made contact with Gardner, and a warrant remains active for her arrest.
If convicted, Gardner and Jaminski face up to 12 years and six month imprisonment, and up to $25,000 in fines. If you know the whereabouts of Gardner, please call 715-421-8700. Wood Co. Sheriff’s Department would like to remind residents to not attempt to apprehend Gardner if identified.
