Ruth F. Krause, 100
Ruth F. Krause, age 100, formerly of Wisconsin Rapids, died Friday Sept. 4, 2015 at Whispering Pines Assisted Living in Plover.
She was born June 7, 1915 in Antigo to the late George & Elizabeth (Duchac) Krause. Ruth was very proud of her service in the U.S. Navy Waves serving in both the Korean War and WWII. She was a world traveler and enjoyed keeping up on the news and especially enjoyed spending time with family. She was a member of the 1st Congregational Church in Wisconsin Rapids.
Survivors include her nephews: James (Linda), Peter & Theodore Krause. Niece: Constance Krause. Also many great and great great Nephews & Nieces, as well as friends around the world. She is preceded in death by 2 brothers: John & Carl, 1 sister: Marion Funk and 1 niece: Judith Zwicke.
Ruth requested that no formal services be held. Pisarski Community Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Plover is honored to be serving the family.
