The Boys & Girls Club of the Wisconsin Rapids Area will bring back its signature wine and beer tasting gala, A Toast to Great Futureson Friday, Apr. 29, 2016 from 7:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. at the Nekoosa Community Center, located at 416 Crestview Lane, Nekoosa, WI.

The gala allows guests to sample premium wine and craft beer, paired with local cuisine from Great Expectations. One-hundred percent of proceeds will benefit the more than 1,600 youth members of Boys & Girls Club of the Wisconsin Rapids Area.

A Toast to Great Futures tickets are on sale now for $75 and can be purchased at the Boys & Girls Club – Pitsch Center at 501 17th S. South, the Heart of Wisconsin Chamber of Commerce located at 1120 Lincoln St., or Richard’s Liquors, located at 3033 8th St. South in Wisconsin Rapids.

Tickets can also be purchased over the phone by calling Boys & Girls Club at (715) 424-2582. Limited tickets are available. The gala highlights will include music from the Paragon String Quartet, a unique silent auction, various raffles and wine-themed games with sought-after prizes.

“We are thrilled to bring this event back to the community,” said Boys & Girls Club Development Director, Katie Tomsyck. “Between our wide selection of premium wine and craft beers, creative and delicious appetizers from Great Expectations, and the great packages in our silent auction, it’s sure to be a wonderful evening featuring something for everyone.  People are especially excited about the Wisconsin beer and wines we’ll be sampling.”
