For the City Times

Boxers or briefs… does it matter? Does wearing a hat cause baldness? Even the most informed men can be confused by common men’s health myths. Aspirus invites all ladies and gentlemen to the free Aspiring Women girls’ and guys’ night out, Lies About Guys.

Aspirus Family Medicine Physician Dr. Craig Flinders will set the record straight on many of the most widely circulated myths about men’s health. He will also answer your men’s health questions – including anonymous questions. Guys and girls who attend will also sample healthy tailgate appetizers and take home recipes and a gift.

Lies About Guys will be held Wednesday, Sept. 21, from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. at the Hotel Mead in Wisconsin Rapids. Attendance is free, but advance registration is required. To register, visit aspirus.org/AspiringWomen or call 1-800-847-4707. Registration closes September 15 while space remains available.
