Police & Sheriff Calls for Sept. 2
Dog Gonnit: At 12:17 p.m. a call was made from the Gaynor Ave. and 27th Ave. South regarding a vehicle that allegedly let two large dogs out and then drove off.
Mysterious Break-in: At 5:38 p.m. officers were dispatched to the 2500 block on 2nd Ave. South regarding a residence where the window was pried open, yet nothing was seemingly taken from the residence.
Child Enthusiast: At 8:06 p.m. a call was made from the 3500 block of Norton St. for a complaint that a neighbor had been taking pictures of his children playing outside. The neighbor told police that he was only recording audio with his phone, and not taking pictures.
Stranger Things: At 10:37 p.m. a call was made to dispatch from the 100 block of 15th Ave. South in regards to knocking that the caller could hear in the walls. She told dispatch that no one answered when she called out to the knocking.
