Police & Sheriff Calls for Nov. 16
Fogged: Various accidents were reported throughout the day in the areas of 8th St. South and State Highway 13 by Rudolph due to foggy conditions. Luckily, no injuries were reported.
Rocked: At 6:25 a.m. a report was made from the 3000 block of Sampson St. in regards to a rock being thrown through the window of her vehicle.
Alleged Prowlers: At 8:49 p.m. a call was made to dispatch regarding two “suspicious looking” men in the area of 18th St. North and Oak St. One of the two men was arrested due to an outstanding warrant.
Bleeder: At 1:47 a.m. a report was made from a tavern on 8th St. South regarding a man who was in a fight at the bar and refused to leave, even though the man was bleeding.
Damaged Lights: At 3:50 a.m. a call was made regarding traffic lights that had been struck by a vehicle and lay across the road by 8th St. South and E. Riverview Expressway.
