Police & Sheriff Calls for Jan. 29-30

Jan. 29
Hit and Run: At 1:45 p.m. a report of a parking lot hit and run was made from the 4300 block of 8th St. South.
Bully: At 9:18 p.m. a call was made from the 300 block of Lincoln St. regarding a complaint of a man who too the caller’s keys for her rental car, and threw them into the snow.
Phantom Noises: At 12:06 a.m. a call was made concerning multiple loud noises heard in the area — after police investigated, however, nothing was found.
Jan. 30
Windbreaker Alert: A complaint was made in the afternoon regarding a man walking in front of an apartment complex by the 2600 block of 12th St. South about a man wearing a black windbreaker and orange pants.
Vehicle Squatter: At 6:42 p.m. a call was made from a business on the 100 block of 2nd St. North concerning a man sitting in someone else’s vehicle without permission, waiting for a ride.
Drunk Driver: At 10:07 p.m. a call was made from the 3200 block of 8th St. South regarding a possible drunk driver swerving all over the road.
