WISCONSIN RAPIDS – The Stuff the School Bus Committee is currently seeking businesses, organizations, churches, etc. to be drop-off sites for this year’s Stuff the School Bus school supply drive.

This year’s drive will begin Monday, July 10 and end with the Stuff the School Bus collection event which will be held on August 3, 2017 from 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. at Veteran’s Memorial Park during Lunch by the River.

Stuff the School Bus is seeking individuals to be “Collection Site Coordinators” at participating organizations and take the lead on their individual drives.  Coordinators will post signage, make a collection bin available, promote their drive and then deliver all collected items to the Stuff the Bus event on August 3 during Lunch by the River.

Drives can be open to the public or internal to employees/members only.

To become a “Collection Site Coordinator” and hold a school supply drive, please visit https://www.uwiw.org/stuff-school-bus-south-wood-county for an application; or contact Amy Fluno at United Way of Inner Wisconsin at 715-421-0390 or [email protected].  Promotional materials are also available for download on the website.  In the event of rain, the collection event on August 3 will be moved to Witter Field.
