If you’re looking for something to fill your weekend, we have the top five events to choose from, happening in the Wisconsin Rapids area. 

Friday, July 14-16
Wisconsin Trapshooters Association State Shoot — 7:30 a.m.
-Held all day and through the weekend, this state tournament is the third highest attended state shooting event in the nation. Proceeds go to the Nekoosa Trap Shoot Fundraiser Volunteer. Friday, July 14
20 Watt Tombstone – 9:00 p.m.
-Head over to Hollyrock’s for some live music as 20 Watt Tombstone will play their unique blend of blues rock, metal and punk, rolled into one. Hollyrock’s is located at 114 Second St. North.

Friday, July 14-16
WRCT Presents ‘Villain School’ – 7:00 p.m.
-Villain School is a Wisconsin Rapids Community Theatre youth production, and will take place all weekend. Sunday matinee will be at 2:00 p.m. For more information, click here.

Saturday, July 15-16
Rafters Baseball — 7:00 p.m.
-Catch the redhot Rafters as they take on the Rockford Rivets at Witter Field this weekend. For more information, check out raftersbaseball.com

Saturday, July 15
Ruby’s Mobile Food Distribution — 9:00 a.m.
-Sponsored by Immanuel Lutheran Church and the Boys & Girls Club, $20 will get any family boxes of food and necessary supplies. The pantry will be located at 501 17th St. South.
