July 21

Honked: A complaint was made to dispatch from the 1500 block of First St. North regarding kids gesturing semi-truck drivers to honk their horns. The complainant had issue with the noise of the horn.

Slashed: At 11:14 a.m. authorities were notified of two slashed tires on the 700 block of 10th Ave. North.

Skate Club: At 1:01 a.m. a complaint was made from the 3200 block of Franklin St. to report kids skating in the parking lot and allegedly being loud.

Classy: At 3:54 a.m. a report of a heightened verbal argument between patrons was made from a business on the 2300 block of Eighth St. South.

No. of Accidents Reported: 1

July 22

Causing a Scene: At 1:56 p.m. a report was made from a tavern on Eighth St. South concerning a woman pacing back and forth, screaming at another man, as well at patrons at the bar.

Train Troubles: At 8:46 p.m. a call was made to dispatch regarding a train blocking W. Grand Ave. It would be another 15-20 minutes before the problem was resolved.

Noise Complaint: At 1:00 a.m. a noise complaint was made from the 1500 block of 21st Ave. South — when authorities arrived, they found the area to be quiet.

Fast and the Furious: Late into the night, police were notified of cars that had been racing up and down Eighth St. South.
