Police & Sheriff Calls for Sept. 20-21

Sept. 20
Drug Van: At 9:32 a.m. a call was made from the 700 block of 7th St. North to report that a van was allegedly selling drugs out it. Police would find the van unoccupied and parked legally.
Whoops: At 3:22 p.m. dispatch was notified of a semi-truck who had hit a building on the 3200 block of Eighth St. South.
Growler: Late into the night, a mysterious growling noise was reported on the 700 block of First St. North. Police would find that it was just the noises coming from the mill.
No Parking: At 4:18 a.m. a complaint was made regarding a pickup truck parked in the middle of the road on the 1400 block of 21st Ave. South.

Sign Vandals: At 9:14 a.m. a call was made from the area of W. Grand Ave. regarding individuals messing with city signs in the area.
Road Rage: at 8:17 p.m. a complaint was made concerning a driver in an SUV that had been allegedly chasing after him with a baseball bat.
Erratic Driver: A call was made late regarding reports of a reckless driver, swerving in and out of traffic in the 2800 block of Eighth St. South.
