Central Wisconsin Cultural Center to Hold Grand Opening

WISCONSIN RAPIDS — The Central Wisconsin Cultural Center will hold a grand opening of their new location, 320 W. Grand Ave., on March 2 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
“This is the perfect time to see our new spaces for classes, exhibits and music.”
On hand will be award-winning artist Carol Stewart as her oil painting will be on display. Staff and board members will also give tours and answer questions about upcoming classes and future plans. Refreshments will be served.
Carol Stewart (Tully) is a Wisconsin Rapids native and graduate in fine arts from Milwaukee’s Layton School of Art. She and her husband Jan owned and operated Stoney Birch Studio for 30 years. She has a great love of nature which is evident in her landscapes and wildlife paintings. Carol also paints still life, portraits, and interior murals in many subjects and styles. Over 35 original artworks are on exhibit and for sale at this art opening.
