WISCONSIN RAPIDS — The Central Wisconsin Nature Foundation is proud to announce that they will be hosting a monthly free dinner and a movie, the last Tuesday of each month, in the Rome Town Hall.

Their first movie, held on Tuesday, Feb. 27, will be Greenfire, the story of Aldo Leopold. This event is free to anyone and everyone. Please make reservation at cwnf@solarus.net; just email your name and intention to attend.

“Along with the movie, we’ll have some door prizes, tshirt sales, a raffle, and local artisans selling their wares.  All the proceeds will go toward the Central Sands Water Walk, scheduled for Sept. 15.”

The Central Wisconsin Nature Foundation (CWNF) have been chosen by Disney to participate in their Points of Light program; where the CWNF will earn tickets to Disneyland depending on the attendance at their movies. Each person who attends will be given a ticket at each movie.

“Save these tickets, and at our last movie, we’ll draw tickets and give away tickets to Disneyland; so the more often you come, the more chances you get to win tickets.”
