For the City Times

WISCONSIN RAPIDS – Mid-State Technical College is hosting a transfer and graduation fair to connect students with representatives from four-year colleges and universities as well as with representatives of Mid-State’s Foundation & Alumni office.

Attendees will be able to discuss transfer and scholarship opportunities, purchase honor cords, meet with career services and more. The event takes place on the Wisconsin Rapids campus on May 2 from noon to 2 p.m. and 3 to 5 p.m., Marshfield campus on May 3 from 10 a.m. to noon, and Stevens Point campus on May 3 from 2 to 4 p.m.

“The transfer and graduation fair is a great way for current and future Mid-State students to learn more about their opportunities after completing a program at Mid-State,” said Emily Whitcomb, Mid-State’s credit for prior learning coordinator. She added that Mid-State staff will be available to discuss how attendees can start their education at the College while representatives from the other colleges will be able to discuss transfer options.

There is no need to register for the event. To see the list of colleges and universities planning to attend, visit www.mstc.edu/transferfair as updates become available.
