New Girl
On Feb. 4 at 12:44 p.m., a Wisconsin Rapids woman reported that she was being harassed by an ex-boyfriend’s new girlfriend. The woman stated that she was being harassed on social media by the woman. She said that she had blocked the woman’s profiles only for her to create new ones with which to harass her.
Woman slams car door on man’s hand
On Feb. 4 at 1:32 p.m., a woman reported that she had witnessed a female exhibiting strange behavior. The complainant stated that she had seen the woman shut a car door on a male’s hand and lay in front of the vehicle at a Rudolph convenience store. The complainant stated that she then followed the two and saw the woman get out of the vehicle once it was stopped, to complain that the man she was with was beating her up.

Woman in the middle of the road
On Feb. 5 at 5:09 a.m. a Wisconsin Rapids man reported that he had observed an elderly female walking in the middle of the road on Oak Street in Wisconsin Rapids. The man stated that the woman had been wearing a dark colored jacket and had moved to the sidewalk.
Pills found
On Feb. 5 at 3:49 p.m,. an employee of a shoe store in Wisconsin Rapids reported that a baggie containing pills had been discovered in the store. The employee stated that the pills in the baggie were of all different kinds.
February 6, 2019
Male stalks streets and screams
On Feb. 6 at 1:19 a.m., a Rapids elementary school employee reported that there was a man walking the streets, screaming and kicking things. The employee stated that the man was white and in his 30s and was “possibly on something.”
Possible break-in
On Feb. 6 at 9:42 a.m., a Wisconsin rapids male reported that his wife was not able to get into their house the previous night. The man stated that the lock on the main door to the residence was damaged and appeared as if someone had attempted to get in.

Physical Assualt
On Feb. 13 at 12:18 p.m. a Wisconsin Rapids woman reported that another Wisconsin Rapids male and the father of her child had physically assaulted her. The woman reported that the man had punched her in the face and in the head but that he did not have any weapons.
