Nekoosa volleyball tops Adams-Friendship

ADAMS-FRIENDSHIP – The Nekoosa girls volleyball team traveled to Adams-Friendship on Oct. 10 and won a South Central Conference match up.
Nekoosa claimed a 3-0 win, with games of 25-20, 25-19, and 25-16.
“Really good all around team play tonight,” said Nekoosa Coach Ray Gutowski. “Everyone was contributing and it gave us a chance to get our hitters going.”
Robin Anderson led the team with seven kills, and Marissa Harnisch added five. Emma Seipel had 15 assists. Anna led with Schaefbauer three aces.
After the Oct. 10 match up the team was 3-5 in conference and 10-15 overall.
