Archer terrorizes neighborhood

On Oct. 9 at 5:55 p.m. a Wisconsin Rapids man reported that there was somebody shooting arrows at houses. The complainant reported that the arrows were coming from a house on Jefferson Street, aimed at houses on that street as well as on North 10th Avenue in Wisconsin Rapids.

 

Strange activity

On Oct. 9 at 12:21 a.m. it was reported that there was a male subject in a dark leather jacket with a bag in hand who was screaming, singing, and dancing near South Ninth and Pear Street in Wisconsin Rapids.

 

October 10, 2019

Stolen keys

On Oct. 10 at 1:59 p.m. it was reported by a 26-year-old female that a 26-year-old male in a black shirt, jeans, and sunglasses had stolen the keys to her van. The incident took place while the vehicle was near South Eighth Street and Ruby Avenue in Wisconsin Rapids.

 

October 12, 2019

Attempted trailer theft 

On Oct. 12 at 12:53 p.m. a Wisconsin Rapids female reported that she had found the lock of her trailer bent and had discovered two car keys. The complainant stated that it appeared as if someone had attempted to steal her trailer. The incident occurred on Shady Lane.

 

Prowler

On Oct. 12 at 10:48 p.m. a Wisconsin Rapids male reported that there were people walking around his South Seventh Avenue residence and peeking through the windows. The complainant stated that he had asked one of the males for his name and he initially responded that it was “Jesus.” When pushed, the subject stated that his name was not actually Jesus but that it would soon be.”
