A steaming semi
On Oct. 30 at 10:01 a.m. it was reported by a male that there was a semi that was steaming near South Second Avenue and Gaynor Avenue in Wisconsin Rapids. The complainant stated that the semi was located in the roundabout and had smoke coming from the top.
Mysterious packages
On Oct. 30 at 1:12 p.m. a Wisconsin Rapids male reported that he had received two Amazon packages on two separate occasions. The man stated that he did not know who they were from or who they were meant for.

Tire burners
On Oct. 29 at 6:08 p.m. it was reported that there was a Chevy pick-up truck that was repeatedly burning up and down Chestnut and Lincoln Street in Wisconsin Rapids. The complainant stated that the car, which was driven by young kids, was leaving black marks and was racing around the block.
