Criminal Damage to Property
On May 19 at 2:15 p.m. a male reported that a male renter of a property on West Grand Avenue had done criminal damage to the property in addition to busting the windows out of a truck.
Neighborly Dog Abuse
On May 19 at 8 p.m. a female Wisconsin Rapids resident reported that an owner of a beagle was repeatedly kicking, hitting, and shocking the dog. The incident was reported to have occurred at a residence on South Third Street.

Stalker
On May 17 at 8:06 a.m. a Wisconsin Rapids female reported receiving a text at 1:30 a.m. that morning from a male subject stating that he was watching her.
May 14, 2020
Juvenile Trespassing
On May 14 at 2:03 p.m. an employee of a Wisconsin Rapids factory reported that there were three juveniles on the roof of the Gaynor Avenue business. The individuals included a female wearing all red, a male in a dark blue sweatshirt, and another male in a gray shirt and shorts.
Another Stalker
On May 14 at 7:13 p.m. a Wisconsin Rapids male reported that he had received a stuffed bunny with blood on it and the eyes cut out in addition to texts that threatened the stalker would be watching him at a Wisconsin Rapids bar that night. The stalker had also been sending strange texts.
