Police & Sheriff Calls for Feb. 25-26
Feb. 25
Missing Chihuahua: At 7:59 p.m. a report was made of a missing chihuahua with a black and diamond studded collar. The dog was soon found.
Stubborn Drunk: A call was made late from a tavern on the 100 block of 1st St. North concerning a man described in a black hat and having no teeth refusing to leave the bar.
Feb. 26
Plow Hero: At 6:46 a.m. a complaint was made from the corner of 5th St. North and Oak St. regarding a person plowing the cul-de-sac.
Tough Spot: A call was made from the corner of 8th St. South and Dewey St. to report that a semi-truck was having a hard time turning around.
Loose Dog: At 12:14 a.m. a large dog was seen running about in the area of 29th Ave. South and Boles St. The dog reportedly would not let anyone near him.
Domestic Disturbance: At 4:04 a.m. a call was made to report a verbal argument between a man and a woman on the 1200 block of 28th St. North. They reportedly had weapons in the house.
