Rapids PD Seeks Shoplifter

The Wisconsin Rapids Police Department seeks the identity of the person in the video below.
WRPD needs help to identify and interview her about a shoplifting incident that occurred at the Dollar General store located at 951 West Grand Ave in Wisconsin Rapids.
