Police & Sheriff Calls for Sept. 8
Unwanted Guest: A complaint was made to police from a hotel on 8th St. South regarding a guest who had been harassing everyone the night before.
Rebel Without a Sign: At 3:32 p.m. a call was made from the 1100 block of E. Riverview Expressway in regards to a vehicle who passed through a stop sign.
Truck Vs. Light Pole: At 8:09 p.m. an accident was reported on the 1800 block of 8th St. South regarding a truck that hit a light pole.
Help!: At 12:34 a.m. a call was made from the 2600 block of 10th St. South stating that the caller heard a man yell out for help, though he did not want to make contact with the man, and did not know where it was coming from.
