City Times Staff

The city will be delivering new recycling carts for the week of Dec. 13 through Dec. 16.

This action is part of the single-streaming automated recycling service that the city will adapt, starting on Jan. 1, 2017. Each cart will have a unique serial number, and it is the owner’s responsibility to bring them to the house every week.

Garbage collection will remain the same. The city asks that no garbage be placed into the recycling carts. The projected start date for the new recycling system is Jan. 9.

For more information, please contact the city street department at 715-421-8218.
