ADRC to Offer Educational Diabetes Class

WISCONSIN RAPIDS — A class offering help for adults living with diabetes will be offered July through August.

Held by the Aging Disability and Resource Center of Central Wisconsin, this six-week class is to help adults living with type 2 diabetes, pre-diabetes, or someone who lives with a person affected by diabetes. In this weekly interactive class, participants will learn to set goals, problem-solve, improve blood sugar,make healthy food choices, and new solutions to live well.

Classes run every Monday from July 10 through August 14 at 1:00PM – 3:30PM. Suggested contribution to attend the workshop is $10. Pre-registration is required.
