ADRC Presents: ‘Learn to Live Well’

WISCONSIN RAPIDS — Living with arthritis? High blood pressure? Heart disease? Depression? Diabetes? Cancer? Or other ongoing health condition? If so, the Living Well with Chronic Conditions class is for you.

Living Well is a six-week class to help adults with an ongoing health condition live a healthy life and feel better. In this weekly interactive class, learn to set goals, problem-solve, cope with common symptoms, form healthy routines, and discover new solutions to live well. Classes run from Feb. 6 – March 13 from 1PM – 3:30 PM

Sign-up is required and spots are limited. Please call the Aging & Disability Resource Center to reserve a spot. Please call 715-421-0014 or 1-888-486-9545.

Aging & Disability Resource Center is located at  220 Third Ave. South.
