For the City Times

WISCONSIN RAPIDS — Lowell Center seniors love to travel and we invite anyone age 50 and older to join us.

Our next extended trip is scheduled for June 3 – 8, 2018 to South Dakota.  We’ll tour the major attractions that include Badlands National Park, Mt. Rushmore Lighting Ceremony, Custer State Park and more.  The cost is $825.00/double occupancy per person and includes motor coach transportation, 5 nights lodging, 5 Breakfasts and Dinners plus more.   If you would like to join this fun trip, stop in to the Lowell Center at 220 3rd Avenue South, Ste 3, Wisconsin Rapids, or call us at 715-421-1051.

Lowell Center also offers day trips to various venues in Wisconsin.  Upcoming trips include a show at the Fireside Theater in Fort Atkinson and a fun day planned in May to Fond du Lac visiting local establishments.   Stop in and pick up a Trip Guide that will provide more information about the trips including dates, costs and times.

The Lowell Center is gathering place for anyone age 50 and over.  We invite you to stop in and take a tour, join a group, try a new activity and meet some new friends.

Every day at the Lowell Center, seniors are:

  • Socializing and spending invaluable time enjoying the company of others.
  • Exercising to build strength and endurance to maintain their independence.
  • Learning new skills or hobbies to keep their minds active and sharp.
  • Volunteering their time and talent to make the Lowell Center the best it can be.
