April 23

At 9:53 p.m. a complaint was made from the 1300 block of First St. North regarding a man who did not pay for $5.87 worth of items.

At 11:44 p.m. dispatch was notified of a suspicious customer at a store on the 3200 block of Eighth St. South who was in the store for over two hours and didn’t buy anything.

At 5:57 p.m. a speeding complaint was made concerning a person on a motorcycle in the area of Wood Ave.

April 24

At 7:27 a.m. a call was made from the area of Second St. and Birch regarding a dead duck that had been attracting other ducks.

At 11:07 a.m. a gas drive-off in the amount of $74 was reported at a gas station on the 3600 block of Eighth St. South.

At 4:07 p.m. a complaint was made of a woman feeding seagulls in a parking lot on the 1000 block of E. Riverview Expressway.

April 25

At 12:32 p.m. a domestic disturbance was called from the area of Two Mile Ave. regarding a person who refused to leave a residence.

At 4:20 p.m. dispatch was notified of a man on the curb of a restaurant on the 2100 block of Eighth St. South who had allegedly been twitching and talking to himself.

At 6:50 p.m. a driver in a red SUV had been speeding down W. Grand Ave. allegedly flipping other drivers off.

April 26

At 5:10 a.m. an overdose was reported from the 1500 block of W. Grand Ave. The woman would survive the brush with death.

At 3:34 p.m. a report was made of a 5-year-old crying outside, alone, in the area of 10th St. North.

At 6:28 p.m. a call was made to report a skateboarder in the lane of traffic on First Ave. South.

April 27

At 8:35 a.m. a call was made to report a woman who had allegedly been hiding in a vacant house on Ninth St. South.

At 9:17 p.m. a man was caught shoplifting from a retail store on the 1100 block of E. Riverview Expressway.

April 28

At 11:42 a.m. a man attempted to steal a phone case from a store on the 4300 block of Eighth St. South, and was seen running towards a nearby restaurant.

At 3:08 p.m. a call was made to report that kids had found a pipe laying in the area of 10th Ave. North.

At 6:17 p.m. an intoxicated man was reported stumbling in the street in the area of Daly Ave.

April 29

At 11:48 a.m. a report was made from the area of Eighth St. South regarding three motorcycles riding recklessly.

At 3:49 p.m. a dishwasher was reported to be in the roadway by a gas station on Eighth St. South.

At 9:46 p.m. a gun was found in the bushes of a bank on Daly Ave.

April 30

At 4:13 p.m. a call was made concerning suspicious activity surrounding three withdrawals from a credit union on Eighth St. South.

At 6:06 p.m. police were notified of a woman who allegedly kept showing up at a residence on 12th Ave. North wanting to fight the occupier of the house.

At 12:38 a.m. a man was reported to have been pounding on doors in the area of Black Oak Cir. asking for beers.
