Rapids church to honor Veterans Day through carillon tower

WISCONSIN RAPIDS – In recognition of Veterans Day, the First Congregational Church United Church of Christ, 311 Second St. South, Wisconsin Rapids, will broadcast a 21-gun salute rifle volley and bugle “Taps.”

Both audio features were recorded at Arlington Cemetery and will be broadcast through the church’s carillon tower speakers.

This will take place on Nov. 11 at 11 a.m.
