Vehicle break-in
On Feb. 20 at 9:52 a.m., a Wisconsin Rapids man stated that his truck had been broken into and gone through, and numerous items had been taken. The man stated that his checkbook, gas, and tools were gone.
Obscene Gestures
On Feb. 20 at 4:04 p.m., a Wisconsin Rapids woman called to report that her neighbor was making obscene gestures. The woman stated that the woman, who lived across the street from her, would repeatedly gesture obscenely at her and her children and that the problem was ongoing.
February 22, 2019
Jewelry Exchange
On Feb. 22 at 8:22 a.m., a Wisconsin Rapids woman reported that someone had entered her apartment and stolen entire sets of platters and bowls, along with some jewelry. The complainant then stated that the suspect had left behind their jewelry in the place of the jewelry that they had stolen from her.

On Feb. 22 at 8:58 p.m., an employee of the Walmart in Wisconsin Rapids reported that a male subject had stolen multiple watches from the jewelry section. The employee stated that the male was a 21-year-old male who was wearing a black and grey coat and a black and white stocking cap and that the male was now pacing in the front area of the store.

Break-in, and then some
On Feb. 23 at 3:05 p.m., a Wisconsin Rapids woman stated that somebody had broken into her residence while she had been away. The woman further reported that she suspected that they had been living at her residence while she was gone and that there was a possible forced entry.
February 28, 2019
Repeated attempted break-ins
On Feb. 28 at 9:29 a.m. an employee of a Wisconsin Rapids glass company reported that someone had made repeated attempts to break in to the business. The employee reported that the attempts had been going on for approximately a month.
