Dumpster diver steals orange juice
On August 28 at 7:29 a.m. an employee of a Wisconsin Rapids gas station reported that an unknown male subject had just gotten out of a dumpster, entered the store, and drank out of a bottle of orange juice. The complainant stated that the 24-year-old male had no money to pay for the orange juice.
Suspicious activity
On August 28 at 8:58 a.m. a Wisconsin Rapids female reported that there was a male on his bike who was in her driveway acting strangely. The complainant stated that the male was circling around in the driveway and would stare into her window. The woman stated that he appeared to be high or intoxicated and was wearing a black t-shirt and jeans. The incident occurred at a residence on McKinley Street in Wisconsin Rapids.
Prowler
On August 28 at 11:53 a.m. a Wisconsin Rapids female reported that there was a male subject who was going door to door and trying to get into houses. The complainant stated that the man was bald, wearing black clothes and was riding a bicycle. She further stated that he was cutting through yards on 12th Street in Wisconsin Rapids.

Strange and aggressive activity
On August 29 at 7:22 p.m. the manager of a Wisconsin Rapids fast-food chain reported that there were a female and male subject in the restaurant who were acting strangely. The complainant stated that the male subject was recording employees while the female was taking pictures. When the two were told that they had to stop, the female reportedly began screaming and yelling. The female was wearing a tye-dye shirt and glasses, and the male was in a grey t-shirt and jeans.

Strange man attempts to steal bike
On September 2 at 2:04 p.m. a Wisconsin Rapids female reported that there was a male subject in the driveway of a residence on Dewey Street in Wisconsin Rapids who appeared to be scratching off the serial number on a bike. The complainant reported that the man appeared to be falling asleep and would repeatedly rub his nose. The man was described as wearing a gray t-shirt and jeans and had very short hair. The man appeared to be high or intoxicated.
