September 11, 2019

Insidious insides 

On September 11 at 9:50 a.m. a Port Edwards female reported that she had found a large clump of animal intestines in front of her Market Avenue residence. The female stated that she had discovered the pile of innards when she had gone out to bring her trash can back in from the curb.

 

September 12, 2019

Harassment 

On Sept. 12 at 9:58 a.m. a female employee of a Wisconsin Rapids hospital reported that there was a 66-year-old male who was sending harassing text messages and repeatedly calling her. The complainant stated that the male had stated he would come to her place of employment to “get her” but that he had been stopped from making contact with her by security.

 

September 14, 2019

Fire 

On Sept. 14 at 8:03 a.m. an employee of a Cameron equipment store reported that smoke was filling the Washington Avenue building. The complainant stated that they could smell the smoke from outside but that they did not see where or if there was a fire inside.

 

September 16, 2019

Golf club assault 

On Sept. 16 at 7:23 a.m. a female reported that she had been hit in the head with a golf club by a 33-year-old male. The victim stated that the assault had taken place at a residence on Chak Ha Chee Lane in Port Edwards and that her assailant was still present but had no other weapons.

 

September 17, 2019

Theft 

On Sept. 17 at 4:40 a.m. a Saratoga male reported that someone had broken into his vehicle and the garage of his Larry Avenue residence. The victim stated that his garage door opener and a safe had been taken but that he did not believe there had been anything inside of the safe. The male stated that his vehicle may also have been rummaged through.
