Possible altered ATM
On Oct. 2 at 6:28 p.m. a male reported that he suspected that an ATM on West Grand Avenue in Wisconsin Rapids may have been tampered with. The complainant stated that the card slot was slanted and he was unable to put his card into the machine.
October 3, 2019
Slashed tires
On Oct. 3 at 7:36 p.m. a Wisconsin Rapids male reported that his neighbor had slashed his tires. The complainant alleged that his neighbor had slashed his tires after he had made some complaints about him. The man further stated that his neighbor appeared to be moving out and was parked right next to his car. The incident took place on Franklin Street in Wisconsin Rapids.

Possible prowler
On Oct. 6 at 4:05 p.m. an employee of a Wisconsin Rapids bar on North 2nd Street reported that two girls had stopped in and stated that there was a guy following them from a Wisconsin Rapids elementary school.
Suspicious activity
On Oct. 6 at 9:14 p.m. a pastor of a Wisconsin Rapids church reported that there was a man who appeared to be on drugs who was going in circles on a child’s bike. The complainant stated that the man was near a playground on South 10th Avenue in Wisconsin Rapids and that he was wearing a red jacket, appeared to be in his late 20s or early 30s, and had short hair and scruffy facial hair.
Car fight
On Oct. 6 at 11:03 p.m. a female reported that there had been a car accident involving three cars on South 13th Street in Wisconsin Rapids. The female stated that after the crash, people exited the cars and started fighting. The incident involved four males and two females.
