Riverkings sign two veteran forwards
For the Rapids City Times
WISCONSIN RAPIDS – The Wisconsin Rapids Riverkings are adding USPHL Premier veterans, Bailey Dorf and Jered Stevenson, to the 2018-19 roster.
Dorf played in the 2017-18 season for the Wisconsin Muskies and hails from Portland Oregon.
Coach Marty Quarters said, “Bailey will bring speed and skill, and added grit and leadership because of his three years of junior hockey experience. Bailey has played in our building and understands our culture which motivated him to want to be part of a winning program. He will bring a love of the game, passion and desire to the rink that goes hand in hand with our team goals.
Stevenson played in the EHL U18/Elite for the New Hampshire Monarchs last year and had over 50 points in 40 plus games. He is a forward from original Riverkings Brooks Hatfield’s hometown of Tracy, CA.
“Jered is lighting quick and offensive,” added Coach Quarters. “He will help with our team goal of playing fast and attacking style. Jered had a great productive season last year and we look for him to continue to produce offensively and bring excitement South Wood County Recreation Center this coming season.”
