Friday, Oct. 28-29
WRCT Haunted House — 6:00 p.m.
Join the Wisconsin Rapids Community Theatre for their 4th annual haunted house, located at 220 3rd St. South in Wisconsin Rapids.
Friday, Oct. 28
Open House & Costume Contest — 2:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Richard’s Liquor will be hosting a special open house and Halloween costume party on Friday night. Adults can also enter the contest on Saturday and Sunday by going to the store. Richard’s Liquor is located at 3033 8th St. South in Wisconsin Rapids.
Friday, Oct. 28
Marty Stuart and His Fabulous Superlatives — 7:30 p.m.
This honkeytonk/rock fused artist will be playing the Performing Arts Center on Friday night, located at 1801 16th St. South right next to Lincoln High School.

BowWowMeow’s 3rd Annual Halloween Extravanganza — 11:00 a.m.
This is an annual event to benefit the South Wood County Humane Society. There will be a pet costume contest, games for canines, cookie decorating, prizes, games, and much more. BowWowMeow is located at 221 Lincoln St.

Almost Famous — 8:30 p.m.
Rock band Almost Famous will be playing the Wild Horse Saloon on Saturday night. Wild Horse is located at 9031 Highway WW.

Halloween Bash w/Raised Reckless — 9:00 p.m.
There will be a Halloween bash with the band Raised Reckless at Octane Bar & Grill on Saturday night. Cash prizes on hand, as well as a costume contest at 1:00 a.m. Octane Bar & Grill is located at 9047 Highway 13 South.

Thursday’s Project at Jennings — 9:00 p.m.
The band Thursday’s Project will be playing Jennings bar, located at 210 1st St. North. This will be a part of Halloween festivities for the night.

Rocky Horror Picture Show — 10:00 p.m.
The Wisconsin Rapids Community Theatre will be screening the Rocky Horror Picture Show. Dressing up as your favorite character and participation are encouraged.
Sunday, Oct. 30
8th Annual Halloween Aid “Fright for Life” Benefit 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
This year’s benefit will be done for 8-year-old Ronan Mateer, who has been diagnosed with Acute Leukemia. This event includes 15 candy stations, games, prizes, a haunted corn maze, and performers Dance With Pam. This benefit will be located at 1820 Gaynor Ave. in Wisconsin Rapids.
Monday, Oct. 31
Rapids Mall Halloween — 5:00 p.m.
The Rapids Mall Candy Parade will take place on Monday night. Kids are encouraged to dress accordingly, as the lights will dim, and candy is handed out throughout the mall.

Boys & Girls Club Halloween — 5:00 p.m.
A haunted maze, prizes, candy, and more will be offered to this kid-friendly event. Dress-up is encouraged. The Boys & Girls Club is located at 501 17th St. South.
