For the City Times

On Mar. 19, the Nekoosa Easter extravaganza for Breakfast with the Bunny, Bunny Run and Egg Hunt will take place at multiple venues throughout the area.

Breakfast with the easter bunny is scheduled for 8:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. at the Retirement Community of Nekoosa, located at 145 N. Cedar St. in Nekoosa. There will be photo opportunities for kids and adults to get their picture taken with the Easter bunny.

The Bunny Run 5K Run/Walk starts at Goodfella’s Pizza, and down the bike path towards ERCO Worldwide and back the same route.

There will also be a traditional Easter egg hunt at Alexander Middle School, located at 540 Birch St. in Nekoosa. Easter egg hunt age groups include 4 and under, 5 to 7, and 8 to 10 years old. The Retirement Community of Nekoosa residents generously fill over 3,000 eggs between each age group.
