For the City Times

Family Video, in Wisconsin Rapids, will be part of “Round it Up”, a campaign that raises awareness and money for lymphoma research.

For four years, Highland Ventures, through its brands (Family Video, Marco’s Pizza, StayFit 24, Digital Doc) has raised over $4.6 million to support the Lymphoma Research Foundation. For three weeks, from Mar. 11 to Mar. 27, customers are asked to “round up” their transactions to the nearest dollar. 100 percent of these donations collected help fund vital lymphoma research.

Since the inception of the “Round it Up” campaign in 2011, 14 new lymphoma treatment drugs and 63 research grants have been approved, according to the Lymphoma Research Foundation.

“Our customers have shown their generosity about this cause in the past, and we are excited for our company to be able to play this role in the fight against lymphoma.” said Highland Ventures President Keith Hoogland.

Family Video is located at 820 8th St. South in Wisconsin Rapids. For more information, please call 715-423-2229.
