She was a bookkeeper at Johnson Hills Department Store and at the Wood County Treasurer office. June was a member of the Sacred Heart Parish Council of Catholic Women and was a former volunteer tutor at Sacred Heart School.

June is survived by her daughter Mary (Pat Bowdish) Lutz of Nekoosa; her sister Shirley Akey and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, infant twin sister Joyce and two brothers Jack Nash and Bob Nash.

Mary (Pat Bowdish) Lutz would like to especially thank Tracey Hershiser-Gunn the former director of Cranberry Court for the encouragement and insightfulness in the care of June until her departure in August.   Also included is the Wellness Director Bee Lor and the staff that toughed it through.  Also we would like to thank the special few of staff from Our House Assisted Living Benita Hughes, Jessica H., Ella Hartnes, Vanessa A.  We also would like to thank Connie Verjinsky for always finding the time to do June’s hair and Lori and Friends Catering. We love and appreciate each and every one of you.
