We are saddened to announce that Tom D. Savage, age 65 of Nekoosa, died Monday, January 7, 2019 in his home.

A celebration of Tom’s life will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday January 19, 2019 at the family home in the town of Port Edwards.

Tom was born November 1, 1953 in Reedsburg, Wisconsin. He was employed as a building maintenance worker at various apartment complexes in California.

He is survived by his devoted and loving son David Savage of Nekoosa and 5 siblings, Julie Roatch, Michael Roatch, Pat (John) Klein, Penny (Michael) Smart and Fred (Melanne) Roatch, as well many caring cousins and nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his adoptive parents Helen and Lloyd Savage, biological parents Ted and Faye Roatch and his sister Ramona (Gary) Winters.

Tom enjoyed many hobbies which included a large scaled train set, go-karts, fishing, family gatherings with horseshoes and volley ball competitions. He was very industrious helping him to adapt to many situations and create handyman do-it-yourself e-books, build anything after designing it with computer aided programs. Tom will be sadly missed by all and may he rest in peace with God’s eternal grace.

Feldner/Ritchay Funeral Home in Nekoosa, Wisconsin is assisting the family.
