Riverkings are first USPHL premier team to reach 30 wins

WISCONSIN RAPIDS – With the 2020-21 season end nearing, the Riverkings picked up their 30th win and remain first in the Midwest West.
The Riverkings grabbed a two-game sweep Feb. 5-6, at South Wood County Recreation Center versus the Rum River Mallards – 7-1 the first night and 11-1 the next.
Captain Cole Creger had three assists the first night and three goals the second, for a total of six points. Defenseman Jacob Jakusz had five assists the second game and six points on the weekend. Trey Zagrzebski had a goal and four assists for five points.
Goalie Kyle McNair allowed one goal on 16 shots the first night, and Riley Allen allowed one goal on 15 shots the second night.
Luke Hartge also picked up his 100th career goal and 200th career point.
