United Way of Inner Wisconsin is celebrating its 75th anniversary with a Casino Night to be held April 6, 2017; gaming from 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.

The event will take place at the Wisconsin Rapids Elk’s Lodge at 430 W. Jackson Street. There will be Craps, Black Jack, Texas Hold’em and Roulette. No experience necessary, gaming is just for fun. There will be opportunities to win prizes, raffle items and delicious food.

Cost is $50 per ticket and can be purchased online at www.uwiw.org or at the United Way office at 351 Oak Street, Wisconsin Rapids.

The United Way would like to thank:

Gold Sponsor: Aspirus

Bronze Sponsors:  Bull’s Eye Credit Union, ERCO Worldwide, Paper City Savings, and WoodTrust Bank.

United Way of Inner Wisconsin was established in 1942, and was originally named the “South Wood County Community War Chest.”  During the casino night, there will be memorabilia from all the decades on display.

“We are excited to celebrate 75 years of changing lives in our community,” said Tari Jahns, CEO.  “We have enjoyed a wonderful legacy of amazing volunteers, donors, partners and staff who have made a tremendous impact over the decades — and we look forward to serving south Wood and Adams Counties for another 75 years.  Please join us as we celebrate this milestone.”
