Riverkings host youth hockey program

WISCONSIN RAPIDS — Through the month of September, the South Wood County Recreation Center and the Riverkings are hosting “Cross Ice Hockey” — a youth hockey program.
The program is offered Sunday and Tuesday nights, and groups are split by the ages of 6-7, 8-9, 10-11, and 12 and up.
The Riverkings lead the kids on the ice portion of the play-based camp. The players help facilitate games such as Tag, Shoot Out, and Bumper Tag.
